We provide EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC) as standard. EN 10204 Type 3.2 (third-party witnessed) is available upon request. We also provide PMI (XRF) test reports, NABL-accredited chemical and mechanical test reports, Certificate of Conformance (COC), and full heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or DNV can be arranged at your request.

Yes — custom manufacturing is a core capability. Submit your 2D drawing, 3D CAD file (STEP/IGES) or physical sample and we will provide a quotation within 48–72 hours. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 business days. We manufacture non-standard thread forms (ACME, trapezoidal, left-hand), exotic alloy grades, special head styles, and any custom length or diameter required.

We have no fixed MOQ for standard stocked items — you can order as few as a single piece for maintenance and urgent needs. For custom manufactured fasteners, a minimum of 50–100 pieces typically applies depending on the production setup cost. For exotic alloy materials (Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium), minimum orders are based on raw material availability. Contact us with your specific requirement and we will advise accordingly.

Absolutely. We welcome and facilitate third-party inspection by any buyer-nominated agency including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register. We do not charge an additional fee for TPI coordination — just advise us of the agency name and inspection scope when placing your order. Our QA team will liaise with the inspector and prepare all required documentation.

We manufacture in carbon steel (B7, 8.8, 10.9), stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L), duplex (2205), super duplex (2507), Inconel (625, 718), Hastelloy (C276, C22, B2), Monel (400, K500), Incoloy (825), Nickel (200, 201), Titanium (Grade 2 & 5), SMO 254, brass, copper, and PEEK polymer. All export orders are packed in export-grade poly bags inside cardboard or wooden crates, clearly labelled with size, grade, heat number and customer PO number. We arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or courier as requested. Fumigation and phytosanitary certificates are provided for wooden crates. We ship from JNPT (Nhava Sheva) and Mumbai ports, with typical transit times of 18–25 days to Europe, 21–30 days to the US East Coast, and 10–14 days to UAE.

We typically work on T/T (bank wire transfer) — 30–50% advance with balance before dispatch or against documents. For established customers, we offer open account or against LC (Letter of Credit) at sight. PayPal and credit card payments are available for small sample orders. We are registered for GST in India and can provide all required commercial documents for duty drawback and import clearance.

For standard stocked items (carbon steel and SS 304/316 in common sizes): 3–7 business days. For non-stock or larger quantity orders in standard materials: 2–4 weeks. For exotic alloy materials (Inconel, Hastelloy, Duplex, Titanium): 4–8 weeks depending on raw material availability. Custom manufactured fasteners: 3–6 weeks after sample approval. We always confirm lead time in the quotation.

Yes — for new customers or new product specifications, we strongly recommend starting with a sample order. Samples are supplied at standard pricing and shipped by DHL/FedEx courier with full documentation. Sample lead time is typically 5–10 business days. Once you approve the sample, bulk production proceeds based on the approved quality level. This is standard practice for all custom and exotic alloy orders.
