We ship to all cities and states across India via trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and VRL for bulk shipments.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Custom or bulk orders: Dispatch within 3–7 business days depending on production lead time
  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from dispatch

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders above ₹10,000: Free Shipping
  • Orders below ₹10,000: Charges based on weight and location (calculated at checkout or via quote)

📦 Packaging

All products are securely packed using corrugated boxes, HDPE bags, or wooden crates (for heavy loads) to prevent any damage during transit.

📦 Shipping Methods

  • Air Freight – For smaller, urgent shipments (DHL, FedEx, Aramex)
  • Sea Cargo (LCL/FCL) – For bulk and container shipments
  • Courier – For sample shipments or light fasteners

⏱ Delivery Timeline

  • Air freight: 5–10 business days
  • Sea freight: 15–35 business days (depending on port and customs)

📑 Export Documentation Provided

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Bill of Lading / AWB
  • Material Test Certificate (on request)
  • Fumigation or SGS/TÜV third-party inspection (if required)

🌐 Incoterms

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP based on customer preference. Our export team will coordinate all formalities efficiently.

💳 International Payment Terms

  • 100% Advance via Bank Transfer
  • L/C (Letter of Credit) – available for large or repeat orders
  • PayPal available for sample/test orders (below $200)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment live through the courier or freight portal.


📢 Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and documentation.
  • We’ll coordinate resolution or replacements as per the case, including filing claims with carriers where applicable.
